Hosts and PTSI Resilience Trainers John Salerno and Samantha Horwitz talk with Mike Marotta, veteran, fmr. law enforcement officer, and director of Warriors Heart in Virginia on @A Badge of Honor TV.
Mike started his career in the Air Force. His years served took him to every continent in the world except Antarctica. His unit supported Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mike then joined the San Antonio Police Department and served for almost 2 decades.
As a veteran law enforcement officer and veteran of the United States military, Mike had unique insights into the difficulties our protectors face every day.  Mike joined Warriors Heart and is now the Executive Director of the Virginia location.
Warriors Heart provides private treatment programs for warriors seeking relief from substance abuse, chemical dependencies, and various psychological conditions which might have developed due to job-related stress ; PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), MTBI (mild traumatic brain injury), and others.
